Cooked over live fire, served like family.
Magnus Kitchen is a small dining room built around one wood hearth. The menu is short, it follows the seasons, and every plate leaves the fire minutes before it reaches your table.

One fire, a short menu, and a lot of patience.
Magnus opened the kitchen in 2016 with a borrowed hearth and one rule: cook simply and never rush the fire. Ten years on, the menu is still short. We break down whole animals, buy vegetables from growers we know by name, and bake bread every afternoon.
The room seats 38. Come for a long dinner, stay for dessert, and expect someone to ask how you liked it and mean it.
